Instructions

1. New image - 600x300 - White on black
2. Add text - any font, 100 pixels
3. Add some Noise to image ("Image | Special Filters | Add Noise")
   Set to 40% random noise
4. Use the Erode filter ("Image | Special Filters | Erode")
5. Emboss image ("Image | Special Filters | Emboss")
6. Apply a Hotwax Coating ("Image | Special Effects | Hotwax Coating")
7. Choose Edge detect filter ("Image | Edge Filters | Find Edges")
8. Emboss image ("Image | Special Filters | Emboss")
9. Colorize the image ("Colors | Colorize")
   Set hue to 160 and saturation to 255
10. Apply a Cutout effect ("Image | Special Effect | Cutout")
    Set with shadow White. Opacity is 120 and blur is 5 with vertical size 6 and horizontal size 6
11. Apply a Cutout effect ("Image | Special Effect | Cutout")
    Set with shadow Black. Opacity is 120 and blur is 5 with vertical size -6 and horizontal size -6
12. Release Selection ("Selections | Select None")
